What is the Copac Referral Contest?
A contest to reward existing clients and affilates for professional referrals of our service with a weekend for two in Las Vegas and more!
What are the prizes?
Three grand prizes will be awarded on April 16th, 2005. Each grand prize will include a trip for two to Las Vegas, including two round trip airfares, a double occupancy room for two nights, and a Copac hosted dinner.
Five interim prizes (valued at $150-$400) will also be awarded throughout the duration of the contest. Check our newsletter or web site for interim prize award dates.

How do I enter the contest?
Anyone may enter the contest. You may register on our web site: http://www.copacpayroll.com/contestregistration.html, send an email to contest@copacpayroll.com, or send you name, address, city and state on a postcard to: Referral Contest, 240 St. Paul St. #115, Denver CO, 80206.
How do I win?
Send us referrals!
Anyone has a chance of winning just by registering; your name will automatically be entered once in the drawing to win one of the grand prizes. You can increase your odds of winning by earning points. For every point you earn your will recieve one additonal entry in the drawing. And the chance to win one of the other two grand prizes. Grand prize two (2) will go to the participant who earned the most points by April 15th, 2005. And grand prize three (3) will go to the participant whose referrals ordered the most start-up kits by April 15th 2005.
How do I earn points?
By sending referrals to Copac, to submit referrals please visit: make sure we have your email address, attend a free Copac workshop.

4 points For attending a free workshop held by Copac
7 possible points By referring client starts to Copac (partial points will be awarded based on steps A-C:
a. 1 point-brochure requested from preferred prospect
b. 2 points-referral orders and pays for start-up kit
c. 4 points-referral starts with our service
Who will keep track of points?
Copac will track the progress of all participants. You may request the status of your points at any time.
What is the workshop about?
At the workshop you will hear about our new software capabilities such as 50 state payroll, on-line payroll, enhanced 401k accounting, deduction management, REPLAY archives, and more. In addition, we will answer any questions on the contest and provide a customized marketing CD to maximize the influence of your referral. Workshops will be offered based on participation at the following times: Thursday's from 4:00-5:30 pm starting July 1st and Friday's from 10:00-11:30 am starting July 2nd.
What is the REPLAY CD?
In our continued effort to reduce the amount of paper we generate and require our clients to archive. Copac is pleased to announce a new product for 2004. REPLAY (which stands for Review/Reprint Everything Produced Last (or any) Year is an archive cd with every report, check stub, quarter end report and employee W2 saved for you archival or reprint requirement. Find out more at one or our workshops. You may be a candidate for paperless payroll! your companies REPLAY CD will be distributed in March, a sample is included for your review. The CD will cost $85, but will be free to anyone who has referred two clients that have started with Copac.
I've already sent you referrals will I get credit for those?
We will award points for any referrals made after May 15, 2004.
