Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY. PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCE OF WINNING GRAND PRIZE. To enter the contest, print your name and address, city, state and zip code on a card and mail it to Referral Contest, 240 St. Paul St. #115, Denver, CO 80206. Limit entry one per company. All entries must be handwritten and legible. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Entries must be received by 4/15/2005 to qualify. Entries will not be returned or acknowledged. COPAC Payroll assumes no responsibility for lost, mutilated, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. Entries become property of the sponsor and will not be returned.

 

1. Time Period. The COPAC Payroll Referral Contest begins on or about 6/04 and ends on
   4/15/2005 . The winning entry for this contest will be selected on or about 4/16/2004 from eligible entries.

2. Prizes. Grand Prize) Las Vegas getaway for two, two night stay (double occupancy) including airfare; Prize b) Las Vegas getaway for two, two night stay (double occupancy) including airfare; Prize c) Las Vegas getaway for two, two night stay (double occupancy) including airfare Prize d) local area gift certificates of varying value. Grand prize approximate retail value is $1500. Approximate prize values for b) $1500 c) $1500 d) multiple $100-$500. Grand Prize Winner will be determined at a random drawing to be held on 4/16/05 by the sponsor. Assuming sufficient entries are received, all prizes will be awarded. Prize winner will be notified by mail by 4/20/05 . Travel will be at a mutually agreeable date for prizewinners and sponsor between 5/1/05 and 7/1/05 . Hotel, airfare, and sponsor dinner to be paid by sponsor; all other meals, transportation, entertainment and spending money shall be the responsibility of the winner. No cash or prize substitution, transfer or assignment by winner is allowed. COPAC Payroll reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize or a portion of it becomes available.

3. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

4. Eligibility. Contest only open to COPAC PAYROLL customers or affiliates who are residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Offer is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of COPAC Payroll, [any entities contracted to assist with the sweepstakes/promotion] and their families are ineligible. Limit one prize per entrant. Winners will be required to sign affidavit of eligibility, liability release and a publicity release that will allow use of the winners’ name by the sponsor. All taxes, costs, fees and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this contest, you agree to comply with these rules and agree that COPAC Payroll, its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest or from the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize awarded.

5. Winners List. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed envelope to Referral Winner, 240 St. Paul St. #115, Denver, CO 80206. Requests for winners must be received by 5/31/05 . Allow up to six weeks for delivery of winners list.

6. Sponsor. Contest sponsored by COPAC Payroll 240 St. Paul St. #115, Denver, CO 80206. All decisions by the sponsor are final.

7. Cancellation. COPAC Payroll may cancel this promotion at any time due to user fraud, cheating, corruption, or any practices intended to interfere with the proper course of the contest. COPAC Payroll disclaims any responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
